Hi, I know it's old gpu etc.. I'm planning to change it soon, but getting to the point:
I have issues when it comes to cooling and I can't figure out solution.. sometimes it's working properly and if it is.. it's fine. More often than not, GPU is overheating to the point where it (PC) shuts down after being on 100C for a few mins...
the issue is - my fan just doesn't feel like working.. something that happened right now - gpu went to 102.. fps dropped in game - I knew what was going on... first thing I did was amd settings - force apply fan speed to 6000rpm (max) - my fan didn't react at all, I decided to restart my pc (because I know that it's going to shut down anyway if I don't..) - logged in.. - fan speed at max... and gpu is cooled down in a few sec... (but at that point it's too late... game is lost, and I also received punishment for leaving..)
I tried multiple troubleshooting... (whatever is possible in amd software settings, fancontrol, boot menu, checking out apps and services...) - I just can't get my fan to work properly.. if it was spinning at some normal rate none of this would be an issue, but it's literally like... - i start my pc - doesn't spin at all, i login - sometimes it spins sometimes it doesn't (quite literally), i put minor stress on gpu - it makes 2 spins, then it stops.. and that's the circle... // the issue is... this 2 spins and stops... that's also happening at 90C... and fan not spinning properly at 90 degrees is not good... it's supposed to work at max speed and yet it's working as if temp. is 50...
