No, the boost functions are handled in silicon and depend on load levels, power consumption, and thermal status.

Brother , i purchased ryzen 5 because I cannot afford ryzen 9.

But i want to make r5 to work like r9.

I need the program code that is burned into the processor. And all admin

credentials.

This forum is just users helping users. No access to any code is going to add cores to your processor. So an r5 will never be an r9. Not possible. Also AMD will never release the what you are asking for. In the entire history of X86 processors this has never been released.
