Is the RX5500xt good enough for a 4k 160Hz monitor?

Hi, I have a RX5500xt with 8GB GDDR6 memory with a AMD Ryzen 5 3600 processor and 32GB ram.  Will this card run a 4K 160Hz Gaming Monitor.

The card was aimed at the 1080p segment.
