Hey Everyone,
When I was using my old laptop which was released in 2016, I was watching some youtube videos and I noticed that my gpu usage was unusually low. I played a video that usually makes my new laptop get up to 30-40% on the GPU side and when I played it here, it only got up to 20% and it sometimes dips down to 17% usage and I will put some screenshots below so you can see. On the images, the new laptop is the AMD Vega RX 10 graphics and the old laptop is the AMD Radeon R7 Graphics. I will also put the specs below too. The video link that I played is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OKM--8fzDpo

They are both in the same version of AMD Graphics drivers. I know this was long but I want to know the reasoning behind it. Please respond to this with a answer and thanks!
