I am out of ressources... I tried everything since months, I can't get a smooth video. It's always, always, always stuttering graphics. I tried different drivers, different softwares, Relive, OBS, and many others. The result is always the same.
In game, no problem, everything is smooth, no lag, no freeze. I look my video, it's awfull.
My config :
RX 580 red devil
Ryzen 2700x
16 Go RAM G.Skill DDR4 3200 MHz compatible AMD
ASRock B450M Steel Legend AM4 AMD Promontory B450 SATA
PSU Thermaltake 600W
windows 10

What can I do ? I followed everything I found on internet, tried all possibilities, on all software, the result is always the same.
So I suppose the problem come from the GPU (drivers?) or the encoding ?
I installed 2019 drivers, default drivers, recent drivers.... but it's the same. I can't get a smooth video. I have a second computer but all nvidia with a 1060, videos are smooth like butter.
I don't understand and it's getting me crazy. It looks like I play with a gameboy -_-
Can you tell me what I need to do ? Any tips ?
