I update VBIOS RX6600XT and memory type changed

Hello, how are you, I am writing this post because I changed the bios version of my PowerColor RX6600XT because I am second hand, I had black screen problems when starting Windows and I had a bios version that was not verified by tech, so i updated it so was, reinstall drivers etc and I find when opening GPU-Z that the GDDR6 memory (Micron) is now (Hynix).

Is it normal that that has been changed? should I be worried? Should I go back to the previous one? thank you

Contact Powercolor support, they can probably supply the correct original vbios for your particular model version.

Hi man, I finally found someone with the same problem of intermittent black screen before windows boot. Can you give me your new vbios that doesn't have this problem? Or powercolor vbios upd package. Best reg
