I have a Radeon RX 580 Series GPU. For the last couple month's, no matter what I do, I haven't seen the Utilization drop below 85%. I've tried everything to fix this, I've updated the drivers, I've closed all apps, I've even taken the side panel off to see if it was a cooling issue. Is there a way to fix this? I've attached a picture to show you what I've been dealing with. any help will be greatly appreciated! #
