Huge FPS issue in Destiny 2 with latest latest drivers from this year


For some reason game does not make use of CPU cores and GPU at all at same spot where i get 50 fps a ryzen + 3080 gpu gets 110+ fps even 3080 does not see full 100% load but it's alot worse on AMD gpus i used to get 90 to 120+ fps in these ares where now i get 45 50 fps

here is video of Ryzen 3700X @ 4.5 ghz 32Gb ram and Vega 64 LC but i heard same issue with people with 5700XT open on side fps does not change even if i go 720p low or 1440p ultra

going back to drivers 19.11.1 gets me up to 65 to 70 fps at same area in tangled shore spawn in destiny 2 where with drivers 20.11.3 i get 48 50 fps and this issue is here from day 1 when new update for destiny 2 came out  so i am not sure what is going on here but i do need to talk with amd driver team

It is a good observation and great job showing the difference. 

The driver team nor hardly an AMD personnel are in these USER TO USER forums. 

So if you want to make sure AMD knows your findings put that information in the Bug Report tool in Radeon Settings.
