Can this product only be used with HP computers?

Is this product different from AMD Radeon Pro WX 7100 100-505826 8GB 256-bit GDDR5 Video Cards?

The VBIOS is different. It should work in other non-OEM systems.

Just to clarify, the HP Radeon Pro WX 7100 8GB graphics card should work fine in a home built computer as long as components are compatible.

Would the VBIOS need to be changed or updated?

If your GPU is detected properly by the system and you don't notice any glitches, keep working with it. No need to update the VBIOS
