How to load more my GPU?

Hey

I currently run a RX 7600XT, This GPU is good, but I hate the fact that the load is tie to the performance. So based on that I need to load my GPU to keep gaming performance up, so far I have turn Image sharpening to 100, video enhance to 100 and set min clock to -100MHz of my max clock speed. its working so far, holding the amount of FPS I want but drops to time to time. I have ULPS disable and optimize/remove windows things.

I want to load more the GPU so I can keep my performance and stop getting stutters and frame drops, I'm thinking on render my game on 1440P and downscale it to 1080p, How can I achieve that with adrenaline?? what else can I do to no save power and load more my GPU??

Btw... Please AMD free the clocks from being under-perform, AMD GPUs would be goat if they just let you set clock speed and use that amount I set, stop saving power on the GPU front.

This isn't how GPU load works. It's not always an indicator of, or tied to performance. Also, turning sharpening up to max and setting your minimum clock speed so high won't do anything to help. In fact the latter is a bad idea altogether. Clock speed isn't necessarily all that important either by the way. Higher numbers do not always equal better performance at all. In fact undervolting and underclocking slightly may be a better option in some cases. You've not given your specs, nor what games you're playing, or what settings you have for your display options globally, or per game, so speculating as what can be done to improve your FPS is an exercise in futility for others at this point.
