I have a samsung laptop with onboard graphics plus the radeon gpu. I don't know if it is the 6490 or 7400 but either way I can't get software that needs more video processing power to run anymore. I have tried updating drivers, rolling them back, disabling etc.. I tried to disable the onboard graphics thinking it would have to use only the radeon but it just uses the basic processor video. Is there any way to know for sure the card is bad?
