Recently i have bought a new lap top with these specifications:

AMD Ryzen 7 3700U Quad Core 8 Threads

AMD Radeon Vega Rx 10 2GB

8 GB Of RAM Memory

And I usually run Leauge of Legens whcih gets about 100 fps at the beggining(but later on FPS is 50-80) 

I was wondering how can i increase it because i think my laptop isnt even using half of its strenght?

I am new here, so sorry if i have broken some rule or something.

Is that 8GB of RAM a single stick or two?

If it's only single stick then you are only getting half the memory bandwidth.

Also 8GB isn't a lot when it's shared with the GPU.

You should look at getting another matching 8GB stick of RAM when you can to take advantage of the dual channel memory then.

Until then I would suggest you lower the texture quality in games so your system has enough free memory.

Actually in task manager it says its 2 sticks, 2x4GB (2 of 2)

While in Speccy it says one slot is taken and the other is free so 1 of 2 slots
