how to find a 4k video card for single or dual 4k monitors, without breaking the bank

i have a dell optiplex 9010, dell doesn't offer sales help on older equipment and couldnt answer this, how do i spend money when amd has no sales help

according to this Forum the cheapest AMD GPU card for 4k viewing is the RX-560 : Good (inexpensive) AMD card for 4k (no gaming). - Ars Technica OpenForum .
