This suddenly appeared on my desktop 3 days ago and I cannot make it go away. I suspect it may be Graphics card related.

Yes it is definitely related to your GPU but the information is so vague I can't even suggest anything.

First what is your PC information including Make & Model or your Motherboard, GPU, CPU, RAM, Windows and AMD Driver versions installed and app that you are using to monitor your GPU card that you posted an screen shot of.

If anyone encounters this issue as well. Disable - Enable Metrics Overlay and that will make the gpu overlay go away.
