I bought it from amd.com shop, and I am supposed to get Calisto Protocol and some other game, but I wasn't given a code. I submitted a support case on AMD rewards, digital river and support on AMD.com. They just keep referring me to each others, or ask me to contact amd shop support. But on AMD shop support page, there is no contact information at all. 

I searched inside the box as well for nothing, anyone know what can I do? I seriously feel scammed and amd.com shop is just disappointing, I had never encountered a shop where there is no way to contact them.

Unfortunately there is no direct Contact number to AMD SHOP except it FAQ: https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/amdonlinestorefaq

AMD STORE now does have a direct Contact Number from the above new AMD STORE FAQ link I posted: https://shop-us-en.amd.com/contact-us/

Open a AMD STORE Ticket and see what they say.

Please post back to reply about the Game Coupon. It is possible they send it via the email they sent you after you ordered.

Did you get this resolved?  Having the same issue. Web store support ays I have to contact rewards support, open tickets with both, but no reply yet.
