Radeon Settings (down in the notification tray) / Gaming / Global Settings / Wattman / Power Limit Slider ( down below the fan settings). Slide the slider all the way to the right. Usually +20 or +50 on 480 whatever it is max it. This should help your stability. Make sure your Windows performance profile is set to High Performance.
