Hi,
I have a Radeon R9 380 Graphics card and I am experiencing issues where I hear a short buzzing noise then the entire screen goes green. I then can't do anything as it is frozen on this screen so have to manually restart my computer. This happens once per week on average.
I have checked online already and it suggests things like rolling back your graphics card but this option is greyed out so it won't let me do this. It also says about updating your graphics card which I cannot do either. I currently have version 19.20 and the Radeon app recommends updating to version 20.4.2. However, when I click either 'express' or 'custom' update it says "are you sure you want to exit AMD Radeon Settings and launch the Installer?" to which I click 'proceed' and nothing loads.
Any help is much appreciated.
