All HD 7000 series GPU cards are considered to be Legacy and not supported with AMD Driver anymore. Your problem might be that the GPU Driver is just to old for the latest games to play correctly.
According to AMD Download page you only have a choice of two Drivers to select: https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/amd-radeon-hd/amd-radeon-hd-7000-series/amd-radeon-hd-7570
1- WHQL 2015
2-BETA 2016.
NOTE: Those two drivers are the same ones for all HD 75xx/76xx GPU cards.
