I have a HD 5780 graphic card, in a HP Workstation XW 6400, running fine on windows 7 - I've upgrade to Windows 10 64 bit, and i'm Trying to down load the driver but it not work. start of OK, but screen goes blank and never come back on.

please can you advise

Have you installed the correct driver according to the OS in this link?
Edit: AMD does not support Adrenalin drivers for your GPU.

I also had problems with the driver for the HD 7770 OC, and I did that. I removed the battery from the PC (reset bios). 2. I installed the first driver on the cd of the original graphics card (amd catalyst software) .3. I installed software until I installed crisom software.when i deleted i used amd cleaner.sorry for my language.I hope it helps you too.Note<adrenaline software doesn't work at all.
