Hello comunity. Recently I am experimenting hards fps drops from any value to 0, the drop can be for more than 1 second and it is for all games, even League of Legends not only AAA titles. I already set the metrics visible, and it shows low GPU usage, voltage usage, vram usage and stuttering near to 7-10% when it drop the fps. I already try these solutions but any of them works.
Re-install the drivers.
Uninstall AMD adrenaline and only keep drivers
Update the bios.
Shut down the SAM on bios.
Reset the clock system, removing the motherboard battery
Use DDU for remove any wrong software installed and reinstall again from zero.
I dont know what to do, PLEASE HELP
