Hi, I turned off my computer, when i put on the windows didnt start. Monitor haven't signal. I reinstalled windows. Every time I try to install my Radeon vega 3 drivers, it begins to install, flickers and then crashes my PC. Then once I try to boot back up my windows doesn't launch causing me to system restore and try try again, I've almost tried everything. My BIOS is updated, my direct X version is its newest, My windows is completely up to date.... But I'm having no luck installing the graphics driver. What is a problem?
