Graphics card

The device manager on my grandson's PC shows an AMD Radeon RX6750XT and an AMD Radeon (tm) graphics.  What is the difference between the two and why does he have these two grahics cards and are both necessary.

The AMD Radeon RX6750XT is a discrete graphics card, the AMD Radeon graphics likely refers to an IGP (Integrated Graphics Processor) part of the CPU. What model of CPU processor is in the PC?
