GPU usage 99% idle
Good afternoon, I have a RX 6800 xt from GIGABYTE that seems to be in good condition but I have a problem. At idle it remains at 99%. I already did a clean installation of Windows and the problem continues. On task manager doesn't read the usage but on adrenalin, gpu-z and hwmonitor seems to read something.

Are you using Wallpaper Engine or an active Windows Desktop Theme or similar?

Looks to be a false software reading based on the power draw and low temperature of your GPU.

Try clean uninstall for video drivers using the ddu ( driver display uninstaller)
after that use the
