Can you please list your PC specs, what version of adrenaling drivers you're using, any troubleshooting you've already tried, and more details about the problem? Thanks

Powercolor Rx 6750xt fighter (upgraded from 6650xt)
ryzen 5500
asrock b550m pro4
Powerspec 650w
32gb tforce 3200 ram
2x1gb nvme
2x2gb nvme
I have a new 750 psu ryzen 5700x and motherboard I have yet to install
Sfc Scannow dism ddu clean driver install
Adrenalin 25.3.1
bios defaults except for secure boot on (so I can login)
disable hdcp in adrenaline
mouse cursor freezes in intervals, some games the keyboard input will freeze too like stuck pressing the last pressed key, hard to describe Baisically the screen freezes for a second in games or even just desktop moving the cursor. I tested doom 2016, OpenGL is better while vulkan makes it freeze unplayable (weird). Cyberpunk runs fine. Regardless the desktop freezes like for a second probably 5x a min

Ya, I've been doing a little research, it's definitely an odd problem and from I've been reading there are number of things than can cause this. Try disabling enhanced pointer precision. Make sure your BIOS is updated, Also did you have this problem on a previous driver? If not, I'd try using AMD DDU and try the previous driver version. I'd also try messing around with some more settings in adrenaline which it looks like you've been doing. This problem has me a bit stumped though. I'm hoping that some other people in the community will be able to chime in with some troubleshooting ideas also.
Also check out this Reddit post, there are a few things in there you can try as well.

Im going to try all of that, after my new pc parts come I put it together and do a fresh windows install. My new cpu 5700x and the motherboard is a downgrade actually 😂 it’s a asrock b450m pro4 r2.0 matx, it actually won’t run anything different than it is now on the b550m and it was ~$80 on sale and I just wanted a new one. And the power supply is an upgrade from power spec to a nice Msi 750. So we’ll see 🙂

Yeah everything is working fine now. But my new gpu ramped up to max fan on boot so I tried replaying the paste with a phase change pad and it’s idling around 50-55 but when I play intense games the hotspot is hitting 100-102. It’s a powercolor fighter 6750xt. I got it used for $300 from someone who had it for like 2 months. Should I worry or get someone else to fix it?
