Your Motherboard has one PCIe x 16 slot at PCIe 3.0. So any GPU card that can use that slot should work.

The RTX 3080 is a PCIe x 16 - 4.0 card.
But the RTX 3080 will also work on a PCIe x 16 - 3.0 Slot as per this article:
