Genlock comes off when Windows restarts

Hi,All
It is a combination of Radeon Pro Wx9100 and S400
OS is Windows 10
Radeon software is 17.Q.4.1 (this version is the required version of your application)
The application to be used is not started
It is only necessary that Radeon's GENLOCK is applied without problems even after restarting Windows.
 
It is a green check with Genlock set by synchronization.
When you restart Windows, the set Genlock will be released and it will become Red X
If it is off, if you apply the preset saved in advance, Genlock will be OK with a green check
Does anyone know the solution?

A2. Media server software. AMD version specified by the manufacturer

  1. Can you please describe your set up in details? 
  2. Where does the signal coming from to S400 and thru which input?
  3. What is the resolution and refresh rate (frame rates) of the incoming signal?
  4. Where are you trying to out put?
  5. Screen make and model, connectivity to WX9100 (cable and adapter)?
  6. Number of screens attached to WX9100 with resolution and refresh rate.
