So i'm running a R9 280x graphics card on my I7 7700k, i'm playing games this card can easely handle and im nowhere near the top of it's performance. Sometimes the game, my screen and my mouse stutter for like 1-2 seconds. Everything stops moving and the card seems to make a weird tick sound. I've checked and no cables are near the fan and my card doesn't seem to get to hot, i've reinstalled my drivers and checked in the BIO for any problems. I've also tried turning this turbo mode on/off. It doesn't always happen but some days it's more then others. It basicly means i sometimes die in the middle of a battle which is quite anoyying. Any tips?
