Hey man, it looks like your drivers are not installed correctly.
Do a clean unistall using DDU unistaller in safe mode.
For going into safe mode hold shift button while clicking on restart, Select Troubleshoot-> Advanced Options-> Start up Settings-> Windows will inform you that it will restart, continue. On next menu select 4 option (safe mode).
In case your monitor is set on 60hz do the following:
Start(windows10 icon)->Settings->System->Display->Advanced Display Settings->Display Adapter properties (for display 1)
Second Tab named "Monitor". Select 144hz or more.
