so ive been running the specs below for about a year and a half with no issues til about now. so ill be running a steady 240fps & randomly my frames will drop to about 180 & literally just a simple minimize & bring game back up frames go right back to 240. i cant seem to figure out why its doing this. ive validated games files, checked windows updates, graphic updates, un-installed drivers with DDU & re-installed, all temps are fine. someone plz help me.
