I upgraded my graphics card and RAM from an AMD RX 580 to AMD Radeon 5700 XT and 16GB to 32 GB RAM. I did not change any of my graphics settings in game (I run low graphics settings with vsync and anti aliasing disabled). However I am not getting hard frame drops and stutters for a few seconds at a time. My current build is:
MSI x470 gaming motherboard
AMD Ryzen 7 2600x
PowerColor Red Devil Radeon 5700 XT
32GB RAM
1TB SSD
750W bronze power supply.
monitor is Alienware 240hz with freesync (AW2518HF)
If it means anything, the core clock speed never gets over 900 MHZ and temp is never above 55 degress celcius. I'm not very experienced in this sort of thing so any help is greatly appreciated.
