i want to have a integer scaling works for my internal laptop display to upscale a 1080p(fullHD) resolution for my 4k built in display

it's weird and unpleasant that integer scaling only works with dedicated displays. integer scaled fullHD-to-4k for whole windows system would be much better experience with small screen size than windows highDPI scaling which works awfull
