Good evening. I am bothering you on one issue. I have a PC built: motherboard - x470 aurus ultra gaming; processor - AMD Ryzen 5 2400G; graphics card - Radeon RX 590; RAM 16 GB goodram (4x4). The essence of the problem is that during the game the video card is not loaded 100%, the FPS is sinking, such games as "Fallout 4" and "World of Tanks". The fan speed depending on the temperature is set in manual mode, there is no overheating of the core of the video card. What could be the problem ?? Thanks, Nicholas.
