I have 2 monitors, an 1080p and a smaller one. When i play a video in my web browser (youtube, twitch, etc) on my secondary monitor, i get big stutters and freezes pretty often in the video playback, and it happens on my main monitor too. Most of time time it lasts for 1-2s, but occasionally it lasts for 10-20s. Refreshing the webpage fixes it.
Anyone knows why this happens? I am using the latest driver, 23.11.1.
