Enhanced Sync gives me stuttering in CS:GO

As I mentioned, when I enabled Enhanced Sync and play CS:GO, I experienced massive stutterings with good fps, it is always around 140-200, without any Sync, the games runs really well but tearing a lot, I have an RX 570 updated to the lastest recommended driver : 19.9.2. Any help?

Is "Virtual Super Resolution" enabled? This caused nothing but issues for me. Disabling seems to have saved my life.

Enhanced sync? do you mean Freesync? or is that a setting in CS:GO?

VSR has been turned off all the time, it's was Enhanced Sync, my monitor doesn't support FreeSync, enabling Enhanced Sync in Radeon Settings makes my gameplay stuttering a lot, but using the option "Always on" gives much better result
