I keep getting the above crash/error whilst playing Apex Legends, it's happening around 2-3 times per playing session (5-6 hours). It happens at different stages of the game so seems to be quite random, when it does happen, I get a black screen, then after 5 seconds I see my desktop and get that error. I then have to restart my pc to be able to play again. Apologies but I'm not the biggest PC user so if I need to give any information please let me know how to get it 🙂

I'm getting the same error as you, apparently it was a common issue fixed a couple seasons ago but started to appear again, it's either apex's or amd fault so we just have to wait for an update *cry*

It also happened to me and I just ignore it at the beginning but it's getting out of control now and kind of annoying and I can see the 3D graph on the task manager is reaching 100% 3 times before it crashed
