i have a radeon R9 380 searies, the other day i log on and i see the device manager and there is the error "The device reported a problem and was interrupted. (Code 43)" how do i fix?

first thing I would try personally is a clean install of the latest WHQL drivers, utilizing Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) if necessary.
Once the drivers are reinstalled, reboot and check device manager.
