Oops didn't read your entire post. Deleted my previous reply.

So the problem is you are not getting any video output during POST with the R9-270X installed.

If your motherboard has a PCIe x16 (8/16) Slot it should work without any problems.

Make sure you have the PSU PCIe Power cable connected to the GPU card power port.

Also are you getting Trouble LED Lights on your motherboard or strange BEEP Sequences when powering up?

When you power up is the HDD LED light on your computer flickering or on all the time. If so let it continue until the HDD LED stops flickering or On and finally turns off most of the time. This means that it has booted into Windows.

Sometimes some Monitors won't have video output until Windows starts to load.

Try different Video Outputs on the video card or use a different Monitor.

Also one very good way to test your GPU card is by installing it in another computer or take it to a computer shop to test and see if you get the same results.

If it is used it is possible you received a defective GPU card. Also that card is not considered to be legacy and not supported with AMD Driver updates. The last update is from 06/21/2021.

Bruh my card is absolutely fine i ran that on an intel system earlier today which was having an i3 560 and still it worked flawlessly on that system everything was showing up and when i put that in my system i get no output from it although if i kept in plugged it in my mobo and connect the display cable(VGA) to the mobo output port i could clearly see the screen but the GPU doesn't even shows up in the device manager of my system what does it means you think buddy?

@vialli100mentioned that if it is true that motherboard has an embedded Integrated Video or you are using a APU then it is a good chance in BIOS it is set to use only the Integrated Graphics.

Something you never mentioned in your original post was the Processor you have installed.

Take care.

Yeah it's an AMD A10pro 7850b kaveri apu but how can i get the output with my gpu in the first place coz my mobo is fine the gpu is absolutely fine it's giving the video output when paired with an Intel system that had an AsRock mobo.

Although when i paired an 1gb vram low-end gpu with my mobo it gave the output from that and not giving the same with the R9270x 2gb please do suggest me with a solution if you know what could be the issue in the bios menu

I have looked at the specs for that mobo..

Apparently it has built in graphics as it's an A CPU..

Try entering the bios, plug the monitor cable into the motherboard hdmi and see if it is set in the bios to use integrated graphics.

If you can change the setting to boot via add on card.. It should then boot..

Check the power supply is strong enough too, looking on the Acer website it is 200/300w which is not enough.

You will need 500w minimum..
