Recently I upgraded to an RX 570 I run two monitors off of the GPU an Acer 19 inch (essentially Discord and the occasional youtube video) and a sceptre 30 inch which I connect via display port.
I have been running this set up for a few weeks now no issues. Today I turned on my computer and the sceptre monitor has no signal and the acer is black. I disconnect the DP cable and the acer (HDMI) pops on. if I reconnect the DP cable it will go black attempt to reload the screen flicker and artifact but never a complete unblinking screen. If i drop the DP again everything is fine. I have replaced the DP cable not the issue. I can connect the sceptre by hdmi and DP and the radeon software will show me connect by DP and HDMO but if I attempt to switch to DP signal is not there. So the software can see the DP cable connected but does not send signal out from GPU.
SO to recap what I have tried (This set up woirked 10 hours ago)
restarts lots of them.
removed last update from windows both options.
Uninstalled all of radeon softrware and drivers and reinstalled them
Tried windows repair nothing found
I fear my only option left is to reinstall windows or send back my GPU. Any thoughts?
