I have the joy of having a computer with Ryzen 7 5800X3D and RX 6700XT.
Although lately I have two problems, but mainly with the graphics card.
The CPU I have tested to see if it reaches the maximum speed of 4.45 Ghz at maximum load. But I see that it only reaches 4.4 Ghz. Is that normal?
And the point of my GPU is that when I bought it new (It's an ASUS Dual 6700XT) it started to squeak when it's in heavy load or high frame rates. And those chirps became louder as the weeks went by. And what worries me the most is that I used to be able to maintain a 108% overclock while playing. But now sometimes it crashes and I have to keep it at 106% to play more stable.
First I want to know if everything described above is really a problem and I should take action. And if they are small problems (can be ignored without affecting performance in any way) I can leave it aside.
