DirectX11 DXGI_ADAPTER_DESC gave incorrect vram number on ASUS fx505(with RX560 and Vega 8)

Hi

Recently our developer found on an ASUS laptop with RX 560 and Vega 8, DirectX11 always gave incorrect VRAM info regards these two cards. It shows RX 560 has a 128 MB dedicate VRAM while vega 8 has a 4GB VRAM. We tested some other AMD cards and the result looks correct. Is this a known issue with DirectX11?
