It's common issue mate. If you using driver 19.7.2 rollback to driver 19.7.1
It's common and also happens on my 5700XT 50th. You can rollback to 19.7.1 by using DDU or reinstall 19.7.2 by first uninstall it using DDU and reinstall it by full package not the auto install tool.
