I have been reliably inducing black screens while playing this game.
Steps to replicate:
1. Use Radeon Virtual Super Resolution to set desktop resolution to 4k on a 1080p 144hz monitor.
2. Launch Dark Souls Remastered.
3. Quit Dark Souls Remastered.
4. I get a black screen before the desktop returns.
5. Because I have a black screen, I have to use the Power Button to manually turn off my PC.
6. Upon reboot, my Radeon driver is deactivated so I have to manually Enable it in the Device Manager then restart my PC.
By the way, the reason I need to set my desktop resolution to 4k is because this is necessary to play the Dark Souls Re-Remasterd mod by Fromsoftserve. However, this black screen occurs even while playing Dark Souls Remastered WITHOUT this mod.
