when use from all software of computer (it doesn't matter that which software), monitor has crash , flicker and freeze for few seconds and again returned to normal display.
I attached a image of when this problem has happens.
I tested my cables , monitor , driver updates , monitor adapter , displaye frame rate and etc. but the problem is not solved.
Also this problen has just always happens in windows 10.
I dont khnow for why this problem happening !!!
What is the solution ?? :((

CPU : AMD FX-8320
Manboard : ASRock 970 Pro3 R2.0 / Chipset AMD RD9*0
Memory : DDR3 16GB
Graphic card : AMD Radeon R9 200 Series
