Computer does not detect graphics card after game crash - installer gives me error 173

Hello,

After a game crash while using my preferred high-performance graphics card, I have forcefully restarted my computer. Afterwards, the computer cannot detect my AMD graphics card. When I tried to download and run the AMD software installer, I received Error 173 - please help.
