Hey guys,
I hope you are all having a great day so I recently got myself a new rig along with it was the GPU AMD Radeon HD 7600 Series, so basically whenever I run games like Valorant , CSGO , rocket league the game crashes when I spawn in game, here is a valorant reference:

As suggested I did update the graphics driver but the problem still persists.Hopefully someone could help me out, thanks guy!
