Can't switch on dedicated GPU on my laptop

Hello there !

I actually bought an MSI laptop with Radeon 6700M dedicated graphic cards under W11.

I'm using it to works on Adobe After Effect but the software only use the primary graphic chipset and not the dedicated card.

I tried many differents drivers and solution but i found out no solution to use specificaly the dedicated cards.

Does anyone have a solution ?

Best Regards

First off, should be using driver pkg from msi, and report problem to them.

How it can be an msi issue ?

Can't we define into Radeon software which gpu to use for different .exe files ?

Best regards

In Windows 10/11 you can set which GPU you want to use for various programs or games.

Go to Windows Settings - Graphics.

These are the three choices  of have for your GPU card:

Generally, "Power Saving" is for the Integrated GPU and "High Performance" is the Discrete GPU if you have a laptop or APU installed.
