As you can see I have spikes in clock speed and power consumption. Same goes for games, not only stress test. I managed to fix it a little bit by turning clock speed higher, but spikes keep appearing and sometimes I still see drops to 20watts. ULPS is disabled in MSI afterburner. What can I do?
