Can R9 280X run 4k 144hz or 120hz

Can R9 280X Toxic Edition run 4k 144hz for normal desktop usage (NON GAMING) or it can't run more than 60hz on 4k? I can't find any information and want to buy myself new monitor and new PC without GPU (which I will buy when crypto mining dies and prices reduce to pre pandemic years or lower)

According to this Retailer with the Specs on your Sapphire Toxic Edition it doesn't support 144Hz: https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1018338-REG/sapphire_11221_01_40g_radeon_r9_280x_graphic.html...

MSI R9-280X has similar but more detailed Maximum Resolutions that might be the same or similar to your Sapphire: https://www.msi.com/Graphics-Card/R9-280X-GAMING-3G/Specification

it will run 4k without gaming yes..you can always drop the resolution in game to 1080p to make it work. the question is what size monitor as 4k isnt worth it unless its 32inch. I have gigabyte m28u 4k 144hz and a 6900xt..i also have a benq xl2730 which is `1440p.  4k is pointless for gaming at 27 inches..its slightly better but the m28u cost $700...waste of time

I am thinking about buying M32U, I use my PC for programming mainly and occasionally photo and video editing and gaming so large monitor with high resolution will be well worth for me.
