Bug - Radeon Settings game profiles configuration defaulting to Global Settings configuration

Video Card - Sapphire Nitro+ Vega 64 Limited Edition

Driver - Adrenaline 18.4.1

On multiple game profiles within Radeon Settings, when setting the Frame Rate Target Control, and then launching the game from that profile, the game will default to the global settings Frame Rate Target Control regardless of the specific game profile configuration.

Is this a known bug?   Anyone else experiencing this?  Is there a current solution?

From what I have heard from other experience users of Radeon Settings. It is a bug. You need to set it under GLOBAL settings. Under games it will revert to the GLOBAL settings.
