1st Monitor VGA > HDMI GPU
2nd Monitor VGA > DVI-D GPU
I tried switching the cables and the converters all over but nothing, I also upgraded to a new PSU thinking that it was the problem but it wasn't.
Maybe AMD GPUs don't like converters ?
